my sister and nieces are planning on moving down to arkansas within the next month or so. i had to get some recent shots of my niece olivia before they left, because they grow up so quickly. here are some shots from our day out. my nephew joel went along for the ride, too.

the fourth of july

my sister and brother-in-law have a fireworks show every year for the fourth of july. here are a few photos from this year.

balloon fest

every year in battle creek, there is a hot air balloon festival. a couple of nights during the event, they perform the "balloon illume," which is what they call it when all the balloons become lit up at once. there are also flight shows all week long.

hannah and hunter

friday afternoon, i got some great pictures of my cousin danielle's kids. after warming up to the camera, her son, hunter, became a little ham. hannah was a little sleepy when we were trying to get a few outdoor pictures, but once we went back to their house, she was content.
